Location was brilliant, Loads of help for arranging activities. Really clean- no personal sleeping bags allowed which kept it really clean as well as good air conditioning which was vital for 40+ degree weather! Hostel Bookers review by Louise 30 Dec 07

The manager Simon is extremely friendly and very attentive to your needs, makes the stay more welcoming. They also went out of their way to find space for me on a night they were fully booked too. Our stay in Emperors Crown was perfect. Simon one of the managers was attentive and helped us sort out our room even though there was a problem with the booking. After 10.30pm the hostel was quiet and everywhere was very clean. The internet was very fast and available 24 hours. I would highly recommend it. HostelWorld review by Mina stayed Jan 08.

wanna know why it gets the highest percentage..? oh get on board oh get on board.... they share the restaurant size kitchen with a cafe, the showers are really adequate, clean, air con, chill out area, open tv room any time, vending machines, 8 computers, 2 bucks an hour for the net, safe area, police manned patrols, 300m from supermarkets,train,bus.... awesome place

Just want to say I had an absolutely awesome stay at the 'crown - awesome staff and people so welcoming made me feel right at home - have to say I think I was rather spoiled having the emperors crown as my first stay in a hostel as I took it for granted - having now stayed in several more I think it is safe to say that it is definately the nicest hostel in Australia!!

This place is brilliant! it\'s soooo clean and the beds are so comfy!! i met some wicked people here and had such a great time. the staff are really helpful and honestly this place is definately the best to stay in at perth. it\'s an easy walk to pretty much where ever you want to go or to the bus stop to get the FREE bus to where ever you want to go. Reccomended!!!!
